Using CHEN Notation, you are required to fix (re-create and make changes) the ERD by
taking into consideration the following extended Entity-Relationship features/business rules:
PostGrad ISA Student with Advisor and YearStarted as attributes, whereas UnderGrad ISA
Student with Major, Section, and Level attributes. Section is a composite attribute with sec01,
sec02, and sec03.
A student is either a PostGrad or UnderGrad, but not both, at any moment.
Tutor ISA PostGrad with PayPerHr, Hours, and TotalPay as attributes. TotalPay is derived from Hrs
worked and PayPerHr for each specific tutor.
TA ISA PostGrad with Course, Topic, and Date attributes. PostGrad can be both Tutor and TA at
any time.
A student has StudentNo, Name, Faculty, and Phone as attributes. The phone attribute in the
student entity allows more than one phone number to be entered into the database.
Every PostGrad in the database must appear either as Tutor or TA.
Lastly, a student may enroll in many courses, and at least one student takes one course.
