This form should contain two input fields: . a drop-down list of the ten magazines, and . a quantity field for the number of copies of the magazine to be purchased. (3 + 2 points) Submitting the form will lead to an order confirmation page displaying the following information: the title of the magazine purchased, (2 points) the amount due: calculated from the price, quantity and a 10% sales tax (5 points) the date and time of the order, and (4 points) the date and time up to which the order can be cancelled, which is two days from the time of purchase.
