A Pet has one and only one owner, but an owner has from one to many pets. Add an Owner ID to the Owner Table. A pet has from one to many visits (ADD A VISIT ID to a Visit Table that Includes the Visit Date and whatever foreign keys are necessary).
During a visit, there are one too many procedures and each procedure is represented in one too many visits. The procedure table will need to have a procedure ID and the Procedure description.
Normalize to 3NF.
Hint: use an iterative process identify the dependencies and work with the ERD to eliminate many too many relationships and transitive dependencies. Make sure every relationship is connected with a foreign key.
