Select a single job within that organization and develop a basic group incentive plan. Be sure to include: job duties, current pay rate, a defined link between the work and organizational goals, desired outcomes of the incentive plan, and methods for evaluation. Then describe how your plan would fit in with the current pay philosophy and culture of the organization.
