Using
ERD you created, build out this database. Include the following elements:
Tables: PK, all attributes/fields from ERD, entities, proper data types, field size selections.
Relations: Enforce referential integrity
Forms: at least one per table, nicely formatted (in design view), changed header colour, basically, make them look good enough (in design view) so the end-user (data entry specialist) can easily understand what to do. Have at least one drop-down (combo) box on at least one form.
Queries: create 5 DISTINCT queries as follows: 3 select, 1 calculated, and 1 parametric (use these names). Queries must run and show correct results. I will not grade queries not named correctly.
Reports: create 4 reports based on your queries. Format the reports so they look good enough to hand in to your manager/boss (in design view), and so that the end-user understands what they are reading. Change the colours, do not be satisfied with the default templates. Get a little creative.
Navigation Form/Switchboard: create this with only Forms and Reports links on it. Be sure to have all your forms and reports available from this unique form-system. Set this as the first form a user sees when they open the DB.
