Using examples from your experience and current good practice concepts, an explanation of the positive and negative ways in which people practices can affect organisational culture and behaviours. (AC 2.4)

Assessment guidance: Students should provide at least two examples one positive and one negative of the impact that people practice can have on organisational culture. This may include being a people champion or role modelling desired behaviours. Impacts may involve: Beliefs & Values Levels of openness & trust Levels of motivation Perceptions of the value placed on employees Models may include: Cultural models e.g. Handys 4 Cultural Types Concept of stewardship or Role-modelling. Other models provided they are clearly explained. A high-quality answer may identify one positive and one negative example but expand this by exploring how various stakeholders are impacted by the examples identified.
