Twenty people have been selected to participate in the upcoming OSU Leadership Institute Annual meeting. Each invitee has a hometown, took a leadership aptitude test (the score is shown), has another attribute where they are either an A, B or C, and then each invitee provided a systematic ranking of which of three committees (Green, Health and Redistricting) they wanted to serve on during the conference. Create an appropriate LP model assigning attendees to committees that maximize the ranking scores given. Each attendee must serve on exactly one committee. Each committee must have between 5 and 9 people serving. Other requirements: a) Attendees from the same location cannot serve on the same committee b) No more than 50% of a committee can have an attribute A, no more than 50% of a committee can have an attribute B, and no more than 50% of a committee can have an attribute C. c) For every committee, their members must collectively average at least 83 on the leadership aptitude test. We do not know how many people will serve on each committee prior to model execution.
