Using HEDIS measures (https://www.ncqa.org/hedis/measures/), select one, and utilizing the background material from my lecture recordings on creating metrics. Reverse construct the measure. Identify and discuss the topic of interest and the measures being used. If possible, can you determine how data is collected? If so, discuss how that is. (Note: Dont select a measure that was selected by another student). What has been the trend of this metric over time?

For example: There are numerous HEDIS measures, one could be hospital-borne infections. And the measure can be accessed on line and then a student can dig deaper to determine what the metrics are, such as; % of in-patients who contract a hospital-borne infection during a stay within the past three months.

Parameters: Please compose your response to be 250-300 words. Each student should read all of the posted information and respond to at least two other students submissions. Your response should be roughly 75-125 words. Your response to the other students posts should agree or disagree with their original posts and explain your answer.
