Using IBM SPSS I ran a report and here are my results.. but I do not understand how to read them?

Backstory - psy dept at Rockhaven University conducted a study to determine the effectiveness of an experimental methods course.

Hypothesized that the students taking the integrated course would conduct better quality (more controlled and statistically sound) research projects than students in the traditional courses as a result of their integrated training.

To determine whether there was a difference were 20 students from each course and test scores evaluated. 1 is the integrated course and 2 was the traditional course.

I have attached the results. (let me know if you cannot see them) Any help reading them or making sense would be great! It appears to me that the average score of group 1 was higher. But what else can one infer from this??
