Construct a program which determines if new vehicles meet the carbon monoxide (CO) emissions standard, using the following details: a) The program should first prompt the user for the number of vehicles tested and continue to run for the given number. b) For each vehicle, the user will enter the CO emitted with the number of miles driven. c) The CO emission rate is calculated by dividing the amount of CO emitted with the number of miles driven. d) The maximum CO emission rate (in gram/miles) allowed is 3.4. e) If the calculated CO emission rate exceeds the maximum rate, the program should display the message "Warning: This vehicle exceeds the permitted CO emission standard.
