Based on your knowledge about the different types of portals, how would you classify this portal: general consumer, portal, personal, or corporate? Describe the site. Explain the reason it is having issues with consumer satisfaction. Who are its competitors and how do they compare in terms of functionality, popularity, and consumer satisfaction?

When you describe the site, please include all the details such as font, color, spacing, images, navigation, links, etc. Please list any information about the site that you feel should be modified and why. This could be something like the navigation is difficult to understand or follow and explain. This work effort should be at least two pages, double spaced, not counting these instructions.
