Using an input file compute the average grade for a class of 20 students. Write a program, using the random number generator to build the input file with 20 numbers ranging from 60 - 100 and compute the average grade. Write the average grade to an output file.

Step 1. Create a small program that generates 20 numbers using the random number generator. Save those numbers to an output file called "Student.txt"

Step 2. Create a different program using the file t just generated (Student.txt) to compute the average grade. Write the average grade an output file called "Average.txt"
