Using Kotters 8-Step Change Management Plan, create a change plan. Think about how you would plan and implement the change you are proposing.

You must research elements of your proposed change. Some of your research can be primary research (interviewing or surveying stakeholders etc.), but most of your research must be scholarly. Find at least three peer-reviewed (scholarly) articles that shed some light on the problem, the solution, and some change elements. These articles should be about something other than the change process but should shed light on the change itself.

In a one-page executive summary, briefly describe the organization (Boston Scientific Maple Grove Inc.), describe the problem, issue, or opportunity you see, the objective you envision, and identify all the stakeholders affected by the change.
