Using loops, write a MATLAB function x_av_st that takes a data sample (1-D array) dataSet and returns the sample average m and sample standard deviation v.

You cannot use the MATLAB's functions sum, mean, and std.

You may assume that the input array contains only numeric values (if not empty).

Notify a user if the input array is empty by assigning both the output m and v to NaN.
