Using Microsoft Excel with ASPE, setup the spreadsheet model and solve the ILP for the three problem instances. You should use the Premium Solver that comes with ASPE, and do not use the Evoluti utionary Solver. Instead, you need to use sub-schedule elimination on constraints. For each problem instance, report the optimal surgical schedule with minimal makespan (i.e., total surgical setup time). Solve the three problem instances using Gurobi Python and compare/contrast with the ASPE results.
