Using Microsoft Word, create a document with a minimum of 60 single-spaced lines in length and not to exceed 90 single-spaced lines (in size 12 Arial or Times New Roman font, with one-inch margins all around) that contains your Top Ten list of Games People Play with organizations' budgets, the budget setting process, and the uses of budgets in the organization. By games, this assignment means questionable, counterproductive, dysfunctional, or otherwise strange or potentially unethical or unprofessional behaviors.

Please use the standard assignment heading format indicating this is Assignment 14 in the BUS 652 Management Accounting class in the upper, right-hand corner of each page of the document. Please give the document a centered, bold-font title of XXXXX's TOP TEN LIST OF BUDGET GAMES, where the XXXXX is replaced with your own first name.

List the items from number 10 at the top of the first page counting down to number 1 near the end of the document. Prioritize the items you list with number 10 being the least significant and number 1 being the most significant (i.e. most common place, most serious, or having the greatest overall impact) item.

For each item you list, provide it with a number, followed by a one-to-nine-word-long name of the behavior/game in all caps, followed by a one-paragraph description (in normal text) of the game/behavior. Please be reasonably thorough in the description, but limit the paragraph to a maximum of seven sentences per paragraph for each item you list.
