CENG325 - Software Applications and Design Project description Design and implement of a java desktop application of your own choice. - You can work individually or in groups. The idea of the project is of your choice examples: shop, clinic, hospital, hotel, airlines, football club, music school, etc. Avoid the ideas explained in class. - You need to submit three components: Powerpoint slides, a zipped folder of all your java application and a recorded video. The Powerpoint (proposal and Design): - You need to prepare a set of slices that contain a proposal and your system design. - The proposal: a paragraph that explains the objective of your project, list the users of the project, how each of them will benefit from the application and any other details that will help the instructor understands your approach. - System design: - Presented by UML diagrams (Usecase, sequence, state, activity and class). - This design could be updated later based on the implementation requirements. The application: - The following minimum requirements should be respected: The MVC concept should be used while programming. The project should contain at least 3 model classes. > GUI is a must. At least two different users should be able to access the system with a different main page for each of them, to which they will be directed as soon as logging in correctly. At least three different GUIs should be used and appear in the system. Data should be saved into files The video: - A recorded video explaining the project, the functionality and also the source code (10 to 15 minutes not more).
