Using no vectors, or substrings, in C++ language, so a basic starting knowledge, how do I check in any size tic tac toe board for a win, or a tie?
My board is a string, going like "01020304050607080910111213141516" where I have to also update each 2-bit cell, like 11, to XX, specifically with two X's or O's to perfectly replace the number.
