Create series from the following two dictionaries:

$\{\text{'}$A$\text{'}$: $\text{'}$a$\text{'},\text{'}$B$\text{'}$: $\text{'}$b$\text{'},\text{'}$C$\text{'}$: $\text{'}$c$\text{'},\text{'}$D$\text{'}$: $\text{'}$d$\text{'},\text{'}$E$\text{'}$:$\text{'}$e$\text{'}\}$

$\{\text{'}$A$\text{'}$: $1,\text{'}$B$\text{'}$: $2,\text{'}$C$\text{'}$: $3,\text{'}$D$\text{'}$: $4,\text{'}$E$\text{'}$: $5\}$

From those series create a dataframe called Q$15,$ such that the first series represents the $$lowercase$$ column and the second series represents the $$numbers$$ column.

Index Q$15$ to add an additional column to the dataframe called $$percent$,$ that takes each number and divides it by the sum of all the numbers.
