USING OPNET

Building a network The IMS provides the user with a variety of applications such as video, audio and multimedia services over IP architecture which can also be a sensitive or important data for the user.

Below is the Description about it

1)Create IMS(IP Multimedia subsystem )scenario using opnet

2)Run the simulator and shows the results like:

Packet delivery rate, throughput, delay

3)Create an Denial of service attack (DOS ) and show the impact of the DOS attack on the metrics: Packet delivery rate, throughput, delay.

4) solve the attack using filter or any solution you think about

Compare results in steps 2,3 ,4.

Attacks may be :

Ping Attack

Jamming Attack

Flooding Attack

Blackhole Attack
