formatting/comments- appropriately comment your script (including header and comments)

Script 1) Write a script to output your first name and last name

Script 2) Write a script that will ask your name, date of birth, and output it, basically saying "Hello (name) your date of birth is (date of birth)

Script 3) Write a script that will loop through every number between 11 and 98 (must use a loop)

Script 4) Write a script that will loop through every letter in the alphabet (hint: arrays and loops)

Script 5) write a script that will demonstrate your understanding so far (any script you want!)
