Using Pyhton: Write a program to allow the user to input a salary for each of the employees at the company. Devise a loop structure to allow the user to continue inputting the salaries until all have been entered. Have the user enter -1 when all salaries have been entered.

4.Replace all salaries below the average with a new salary increased by a 10% raise.
