In particular, these calculations determine that 5.4 needs to be divided by 2 three times minimum in order to get a number that is less than or equal to 1. See Section 2 for more examples. Recall that you may not use loops nor if/branching statements. (Question 10 and 12 are the only exceptions to that rule.)
