USING PYTHON CODE PLEASE

Write a program that will accept users personal information that includes full name (first name, middle name then last name), birth date (MM-DD-YYYY), age and address. Then display this information.

Note: that name and birthday should be displayed following the format below.

Name Last name, First Name Middle Name

Birth date DD/MM/YYYY
