Using Python:

The hardware department in Hardy's Superstore wants to offer their good customers an extra discount. A good customer is one who has spent more than $400 during the last year.

Here is a list of customers and their synchronized/associated list of spending for last year.

customers = [Ron, John, Todd, Thomas]

spending = [399, 480, 300, 520]

Using a While loop, write the code that will go through these lists and print out (within the loop, properly identified as a good customer) only the good customers and how much they spent last year.
