Using Python write a program when given an input array.

someArray =[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16]

and given two input numbers.

x = 1

y = 12

Find the minimum distance from 1 to 12.

So in this case the answer would be 5.

Must be able to look at the array from both sides to determine minimum distance.

Start 1, then look at 16, 15, 14, 13, 12 to find minimum solution of 5.
