Develop a Profile:

You will be imagining the person that this company wants to hire. If this person's application came through, the hiring manager would immediately want to interview them. Imagine:

What level of education they have?

Do they have any of the preferred requirements?

What other characteristics would make them stand out?

Next take a look at the PT Interview Workshop's Behavioral Questions $($towards the end of the document$).$ Choose $3$ behavioral questions that will help the hiring manager select the candidate.

Using the Memorandum recommendations, write a document to senior management describing the role, the ideal candidate and your recommendations for using the $3$ behavioral questions.

Optional for this assignment: Meeting Thursday, August $29$nd$,$ at $7$pm via Teams.

Instead of writing a Memorandum you can meet virtually with me and your fellow students and discuss evaluating for the ideal candidate and using behavioral questions. You will not have to submit anything for this assignment if you participate. $($Link to come later this week.$)$
