Once this done use the pdf on "How to Create a Commercial Real Estate Marketing Package" to create a commercial real estate marketing package. Your team can use creative license on describing the project and your teams credentials as long as it is supported by the proforma information.

The Project will be graded as follows: $70\%$ of the grade will be based on the accuracy of your analysis of and completing the proforma. This includes your spreadsheets.

$15\%$ of the grade will be based on the $3$ to $5$ page summary describing your results and your teams interpretation of the results. Spelling and grammar will also be taken into consideration. $15\%$ of the grade will be based on the commercial real estate marketing package based on creativity and tying in the the proforma information to the document. These will be assesses by real estate and banking professionals.
