My answers

Issue 1) Supply chain problem: with such heavy dependency of social media, the software update needs a frequent visit, which could affect the supply.

Solution: Make a separate team to make sure the internal software and cloud system could communicate effectively.

Advantages: Supply could stay smooth.

Disadvantages: It would cost extra to the company. However, effecient service can attract more customers so the cost can be covered.

Issue 2: Too short window for delivery As described in case above people many times order in emergency, this opens the window of opportunity but at the same time requires more expensive and effecient delivery system. As more and more people starts ordering, the delivery in such a short span of time will become problematic. If the delivery fails, people will use social media to defame the company which further decreases the sales.

Solution: Take limited orders for given span of time.

Advantages: Customer service will become effecient with less cost and stress on supply chain.

Disadvantages: opportunity of heavy market share will decrease. However, effecient customer service will motivate the customers to order as early as possible. This will increase the market shares and less stress on delivery system.
