Using the file created in Exercise 2 of section 3.3 of Chapter 3, and do the following

a. Generate a contingency table with sex as the column variable and insurance as the row variable, and calculate the marginal probabilities of each variable

b. calculate joint probabilities "and" for the two variables, and show them in a separate table. Confirm that the join probabilities " and" sum to 1

c. Calculate joint probabilities "or" for the two variables, and show them in a separate table. Confirm that the join probabilities "or" sum to rows + columns -1

d. calculate conditional probabilities of having a particular type of insurance, given sex, and determine if the two variables are independent
