Using the guidance in Meredith, et al. and any additional research you might do, create a RACI chart for your individual project using real or imagined people for the various roles. Submit it as an attachment to a memo. Your submission should have a Word document (the memo), as well as a Word or Excel table for the RACI chart).

Please follow these "Rules":

1. Always represent all low-level tasks in the RACI.

2. If you chose to include the summary tasks, do not put RACI indicators on those lines. Indent the low-level tasks underneath the summary task.

3. Every task must have an "A" but can only have one "A".

4. Every task must have an "R" but can have more than one "R".

5. An "A" and "R" cannot occupy the same cell.

6. Dont forget to represent your sponsor.

7. Please represent the first three levels from your WBS in the RACI chart, but specify the R/A/C/I only on the third level.
