Ensure that your action plan identifies the following: The priority of the risk, Short- and long-term actions required to achieve change, Persons responsible for implementation of actions, Situations requiring specialist consultation, Required resources including financial, personnel and equipment requirements, Frequency and methods of reviewing process, Processes for identifying adequacy of control methods, and How improvements to the plan will be actioned
