Using the information and examples provided in

the module create a research poster of the

SERVICE QUALITY Assessment investigation

and include all $5$ areas $($Problem Statement,

Definition of Topic and Prior Studies, Data

Collection, Results, Conclusion$).$

The poster needs to have a good visual layout a

great readability and focus on providing simple

explanations of the results. Use of infographics

and charts make a positive impact for the

viewer$/$reader$.$
