- Demonstrate how each goal meets the SPARK Checklist.
- Outline the action steps involved in meeting each goal.
Please Include:
- Minimum of 4 goals for the team for the class. Some may be achieved before the end of the class.
- Each goal is to be written on the SPARK checklist to ensure it meets all levels of goal setting.

- Can I see/feel/hear it happening? Does it seem do-able? Does it excite me? What is my inner mind saying?
R= Resources are accessible (internal and external)
- Do I know how I will access all the key and tangible resources (money, time, expertise, energy etc.)?
K= Know the details and specifics (when, where, how, who etc.)
