Identify & define performance attributes using the essential functions identified in your RA job description. Students must identify at least performance characteristics linked to job tasks based on the job description they provided in RA
These performance attributes could be: Quality, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, or any other dimension that might reasonably reflect an employee's performance to the job.
