- Ensure your schedule has all the estimated activities and durations, are logically sequenced, milestones defined, with a minimum of 30 activities in the schedule, and no activities longer than 15 days in duration.
- You also need to ensure your critical path is specified by activity (not WBS). Remember, activities are contained WITHIN the WBS; they are not the WBS.
-Do not make anyone guess the critical path; it should be well graphed and stated on a Gantt-type chart. I would suggest that you make all critical activities red, that way we can all tell what activities are critical. -Note that you can use any scheduling software you would like: MS Project 2019, MS Excel, Ganttner, or other scheduling software you have access to that will create a Gantt chart.

The project that I went with is to develop a new mobile app for a fitness studio. This app will allow customers to book classes, access instructionals content and be able to track their workouts. It will also help the studio streamline their class booking and provide value to their customers.
Success Criteria
1 App development and launch on both IOS and and Android platforms.
2 App must be user-friendly and meet all requirements specified in the project scope statement as listed.
3 The app must integrate with the studios existing booking system.
4 App must be tested and function properly without any major bugs or issues.
5 The app must also result in increased customer engagement and retention.
