(b) Background of the business:

(i) Name of the business

(ii) Type of the business entity

(iii) Type of the activities carried out and/or type of goods or services offered

(iv) Source of capital or business finance (own capital, loan, issues of shares and so on).

(c) Performance Analysis:

A. Using information obtained from annual report and other sources, analyses the performance of the companies by using the following methods:

(i) Vertical analysis

(ii) Horizontal analysis

(iii) Ratio analysis.
