Using the MIPS program (Mars 4.5), wrote code for the operation X^Y (x raised to the power of y). You can only use the add and subtract operation codes, but NOT the Multiply, Divide, Shift, etc. X and Y are user inputs and x is over the interval [0, 20] and Y over [0, 15]. Be sure to check for errors when inputs are out of range.
