Assume you are in a position of leadership in your organization and it is faced with a major decision that must be made on restructuring the organization and it impacts the organization as a whole. Discuss the process you and your organization would use to make the decision.

2. How would you address those barriers?
3. What information would you need?
4. How would that information be obtained and analyzed?
5. Create a plan to implement the change.
