For example, you may want to review media coverage of a high-profile ethical breach such as the Volkswagen diesel engine scandal.

Your selected example should from within the past 10 years. (i.e. not older than 2013)

The key consideration when making your selection is: Did the key players involved in your selected situation have an ethical choice to make?

(Remember that people make both ethically justified and ethically unjustified choices including Whistle

Blowers who are acting according to their ethical standards and therefore feel justified in exposing what they consider to be unethical behaviours.)

Ensure that the sources you use are reliable, accurate and relevant to your example. All sources must be cited and referenced.

2. Introduction which outlines the situation and defines the ethical dilemma

5. A synopsis of the outcome and legacy of the situation

6. What can be learned from this case study for future reference in your personal and professional life

Remember the purpose of this assignment is to show you understand the importance of decision making based on what is right and what is wrong using the principles taught in class.
