In what areas did I do well? Per the Professor's feedback, the areas where I did well were reflected in Module 3, "Explore and Critique Potential Methods and Design." I provided all the relevant data required.	Summarize faculty notes/comments/feedback here. Areas of positive feedback regarding Module 3 consisted of meeting all data requirements to identify the potential sample size and determine how it was determined. Now, as per the Professor's feedback, highlight areas for improvement regarding PowerPoint presentation. The feedback provided tips for delivering a better PowerPoint presentation assignment.	Suggested Prompts to Address: Why do I think I did well in these areas? The feedback contained questions that provided a better overview of my need to develop more structured data. Would I do anything differently (even if the faculty did not note it or only commended me on it)? Feedback is a constructive method for applying missing data that needs to be collected to paint a better picture of the research/project at hand. The feedback provided gave me a more concise understanding of what I was lacking. I will continue to follow and apply any information recommended in feedback.

Areas that were highlighted in the feedback of needed improvement were as follows: PowerPoint Presentation requires more effort Creating a Problem Statement required more relevant data. More relevant data are needed to identify the gaps in the current literature and how they can be filled. Faculty feedback was processed as positive feedback to improve the areas that needed more expertise in the topic. From my perspective, their feedback should always be seen as positive. Sometimes, it is not what you would like to hear, but it can prepare you for better outcomes. All feedback contains insights into what is expected or, at least, what the audience is looking for. It is all positive feedback with great direction. These tips will enhance my practice as a future researcher and help me prepare for my dissertation. What type of feedback did you find least helpful?	The faculty feedback has all been constructive, providing me with individual topic recommendations relevant to the material. It has allowed me to grow my research methods by providing me with building blocks toward the mastery level, moving me one step closer to my applied dissertation project. The subject matter is phenomenally complex, with never-ending results due to new technology, health data, and applied research with different views. Reaching a mastery level will require extensive research, with its pros and cons in the subject matter and real-life application. The course has provided the necessary tools to learn the concept and what it entails to work diligently by managing the appropriate time in data research, which has significantly improved the project's results. Professional competency will be obtained through experiences, yet the course has polished raw areas such as focusing and centralizing the research topic. Managing time without straying from the topic requires patience in research. Another area in which the course has been beneficial is communication through research and PowerPoint presentations. It has given me an understanding of what visuals within the PowerPoint Presentation require as a source of communication. The skills in concept theory and practical research in the course are relevant to my professional growth in transforming raw data into compelling narratives and developing a project dissertation draft. Being able to gather the data in sections and place it together painted a picture of what is needed to deliver a project. It provided me with an understanding of the research data and the ability to leverage it in making predictions and asking questions to obtain relevant information about the subject matter. Throughout the course, I have gained knowledge of the steps required to develop a dissertation project, which is essential for applying it in real-world research. Understanding what is required to develop any research and applying its concept in research is challenging yet beneficial. Staying current with new updates and research can assist any researcher in developing better policies or guidelines towards healthcare in the areas of deficiency. All can improve the operational efficiency of any healthcare company and patient care.
