Using the same materials listed above in Problem $12($along with chemical and mineral admixtures$),$ design an ultra$-$high performance concrete with a compressive strength of $25$ ksi at $28$ days. The concrete will not be air entrained. Document the curing regimen for this mixture. I purposely have not provided the ACI document on developing high strength concrete. Use your knowledge on cement content, supplementary cementitious materials $($mineral admixtures$),$ and water content to develop the mixture.
