Using the S.M.A.R.T approach, list at least three goals for the recurring order department. Use the tables below for each of your goals. The first table is a brief example to help guide you. Be sure to include a goal implementation timeline (see Timely), roles and responsibilities (Who will be responsible for each task), and a description of how you will measure progress (see Measurable).

Example

SMART Example
Specific I will lose 20 pounds by June 20, 2022.
Measurable This will be measured in pounds. I will weigh myself on day one of my diet. I will then weigh myself weekly and compare it to the previous weeks weight.
Achievable/Attainable This goal is attainable because I have the tools I need to accomplish this. I am also ready and motivated to start dieting and working out. I also have joined a support group and hired a nutritionist to help guide me.
Realistic/Relevant This goal is realistic because I have allowed myself enough time. I have 4 months to accomplish this goal. That means I have to lose 5 pounds per month, or 1.25 pounds per week. This is more than reasonable.
Timely/Time-Framed

I will start dieting on February 20, 2013. By March 20, 2022 I will lose 5 pounds.

By April 20, 2022 I will lose 5 more pounds.

By May 20, 2022 I will lose 5 more pounds.

By June 20, 2022 I will lose 5 more pounds.
