Using the variable PCP_visit as the outcome variable run a logistic regression model using AGE, SEX, and urban_rural to predict the likelihood that a patient had a follow-up visit with his/her PCP within 5 days of being discharged from the hospital.

Interpret the Wald Chi-square results for each coefficient, AGE, SEX, and urban_rural.
