What are the issues, benefits, costs, risks, etc that might come up? How would you approach these? There are numerous ways to approach this but the key is to provide a thoughtful narrative that discusses the areas you have chosen to address. Again it can be from a perspective of being directly on a team or providing a team support.

Within the context of my functional area I think GDT helps in more positive way. It can offer huge benefits to us like it will give more efficiency in work, it will give good amount of cost savings, and it will give good opportunities interms of chossing the best team members that we have internationally regardless to their location. For this we need to choose correct team player with us and we need to make sure that we will be having strong communication technologies for us. We need to be dynamic interms of team leading, otherwise we will be facing issues in the team interms of individual players accountability. Here we will be using matrix organizational structure for this approach. Strong communication skills from all the players involved in a understandable language for everyone is highly needed. Otherwise it will be a very big barrier in the team. As we all know unity is strength of any team, we should make sure of it. Otherwise it will also be a very big issue in the team.
