using visual basic 2013 please help me create a traffic light. In visual studio 2013 it does not give you the powerpack, so I need the shapes coded into (drawn into) the form. I would like the shapes to look like a traffic light and be a circle. When finished I need the light to run on a time switching colors from green to yellow to red (or whatever order you like.)
