Using VueJS, create a front end that allows a user to create a question bank. After creating a question bank, allow the user to have the ability to add questions to the bank, edit questions, move questions, and delete the question bank.

For example, after a user clicks create question bank they will see this,

Then after opening the bank, they will be shown several options for the question bank. For example,

After clicking Add a Question, allow the user to add the questions as well as multiple answer options.
