Using Windows Form. Create an order screen from chipotle whereyou use (at a minimum):

Radio buttons

Check boxes

Text Fields

Accept and Cancel buttons

Go to chipotle's website and see all of the things you can orderand how you can create each menu item. Provide as much or as littledetail as you see fit as long as you include the above controlstructures. You can have them choose between a burrito, bowl,salad, tacos, etc., which protein they would like, which beans,which rice, etc. Then use check boxes to see which additions theywould like to include (lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream) andlastly display the price of their menu item to the user once theyhave clicked Submit (You do NOTneed to show them the price of theirmenu item as they are building it!!)
