My responsibilities include coming up with new product ideas and campaign concepts and working with the team to develop these ideas into a final product.

Honesty, respect are characteristics of trustworthy and ethical conduct in the creative process. The marketing department of Nestle has developed several fresh product concepts and marketing campaign ideas that would boost sales and profits for the business. A new range of Nescafe coffee, a new Nespresso machine, and a new Milo taste are some of these new goods. For each of these goods, the marketing team has also created fresh campaigns that they hope will boost Nestle's sales and earnings.
For individuals who wish to enjoy a good cup of coffee without compromising on quality, the new range of Nescafe coffee will be marketed as a premium coffee. People will be able to create their own great coffee at home using the new Nespresso machine, which will be touted as being practical and simple to use. The new Milo taste will be promoted as a light, healthful beverage that is suitable for consumers of all ages.
I have picked Nestle as my target firm, and I have utilized the brainstorming process to generate three product ideas that might boost Nestle's sales and earnings. The initial concept is to develop a new range of calorie- and sugar-free, nutritious snacks. This might be promoted as a more wholesome option to common snacks like candy bars and cake. The second concept is to develop a brand-new range of goods that are especially geared toward youngsters. This could include foods like wholesome beverages, snacks, and cereals. The third concept is to develop a brand-new range of goods that are especially geared at elderly consumers. This may apply to items like dietary supplements and wholesome snacks.
The brainstorming method, in my opinion, is the most effective way to come up with fresh concepts since it promotes an open flow of ideas. Additionally, it fosters strong teamwork, which is crucial while working in a group. I believe it is crucial to keep an open mind and refrain from criticizing while giving others' ideas constructive critique. Instead, it's crucial to highlight the ideas' advantages and make recommendations for how they may be made better.
I developed three concepts with my team, and they are as follows:
1. Developing a new range of wholesome, calorie- and sugar-free snacks.
2. Establishing a new range of goods geared exclusively for youngsters.
3. Developing a fresh range of goods aimed exclusively at elderly consumers.
