Using your product or service name or category, do a search using the following phrase: Find a (insert the name of your product or service here...) near me. For instance, using my Mobile Notary Business, I could use the search term, Notary near me. If you provide fitness training courses, you might use the search term, "find a personal trainer near me".

List the top 3 competitors in your market. Go to each of the three competitor sites and create a competitive comparison table or matrix. Make sure you write down some of the terms they use on their websites. These will probably be search words that can be used for SEO, Search Engine Optimization.

You will want to use these words or similar words, in addition to your own descriptions of your services and products.
